This near-infrared sauna is a CE-marked electrical heating appliance designed for home wellness use. The unit has been tested in accordance with European electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards to ensure safe operation under normal household conditions.

This sauna is a traditional infrared lamp sauna, constructed according to the exact therapeutic and technical guidelines from Dr. L. Wilson. This is a classic infrared lamp design intended to deliver a broad spectrum of radiant heat using red infrared heat lamps.

The sauna is designed for one person and built to allow proper distance, rotation, and focused exposure to infrared radiation.

This sauna is built using only natural, non-toxic materials. The structure is made from wood, and the enclosure is covered with a 100% cotton canvas, with no synthetic fabrics or treated materials. The sauna is designed to operate at an intended temperature of approximately 43–45°C, in line with the low-temperature, radiant-heat approach that is ideal for an HTMA program. Heating is provided by four 250-watt non-flickering red infrared heat lamps (Philips), positioned to deliver direct radiant warmth while allowing comfortable seated use and body rotation during a session.

The sauna is equipped with an analog thermometer and a timer, allowing the user to easily monitor temperature and session duration without electronics.
